Maison — Restaurant in Sydney

The food and drink was nice however, everything else was downhill from there. I ordered an iced coffee and soy iced strawberry matcha and 2 sandwiches. When ordering, the lady repeated the order incorrectly which we corrected her. We received our coffee first which surprise surprise was wrong. She made a hot coffee and full cream matcha. I had taken it back to her and she explained the coffee made the ice melt so it’s hot (there was no ice in the cup), not cold and she guaranteed she used soy milk (which obviously was not). I visited Maison Cafe in North Parramatta, just 2 minutes from Fennell Street Light Rail Station. The cafe is cozy, clean, and welcoming. There are sunny outdoor seats, and the staff are very friendly.

A good little addition to the North Parramatta cafe scene. The coffee is good & the sandwiches are great although I've only tried the salami one. The place is so small, there are only four seats outside but that's ok. I just wish they are open on the weekends, maybe just even a Saturday. It's a little bit hard to get there during Mon - Fri. I'm keen to try the other sandwiches...
