Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut: Rude Manager Ruins Evening
My recent visit to Pizza Hut on the evening of Tuesday, March 26th, 2024, left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Not only was the service slow, but the encounter with the lady manager was outright appalling.
Upon attempting to place an order online, I encountered an issue where the software failed to process one of the pizzas I selected. Seeking assistance, I approached the manager, only to be met with rudeness and blame-shifting. Instead of offering a solution or showing any semblance of customer service, she chose to speak condescendingly and dismissively.
It's disheartening when a simple request for assistance is met with such hostility and unprofessionalism. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, especially from someone in a managerial position. Unfortunately, my experience at Pizza Hut on this particular evening fell far short of those expectations.

The service was sluggish, and matters worsened when I encountered an issue while placing an order online. Unfortunately, seeking help from the manager only led to further dismay.
I tried to contact them to resolve this issue as I accidentally placed an order twice, requesting if one of my orders could be changed, but the response from the manager was rude and arrogant. Instead of offering assistance, the manager's demeanor was shockingly rude and deflective. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service left me disheartened.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, especially from someone in a managerial role. Read moreMy friend placed an order here on Sunday night and the first one did not go through online and came back with try again order could not be placed at this time. Thought maybe it was because she was using afterpay as it came up an option so I proceeded to use my credit card for her. We got both orders delivered so there was a glitch on their end. Tried to call the store that night but they were closed so called customer service the next day and they said the store would fix it. It is now Wednesday night and we are at the store waiting for the manager who doesn't do a whole lot of managing and has left the shop to a rather rude and condescending female worker who is as useless as an ashtray on a motorcycle. She has assured us that the manager will be here within 30 mins after telling us on the phone be would be there at 7pm. I don't know why they think we need to pay for a problem that wasn't ours. But they do. I refuse to pay for a mistake that wasn't ours. This is extremely unprofessional and yet so typical of these types who can't be accountable for something that happened...
