When you go to dine in instead of uber eats from your fav local! Mazaidar roughly translates as very delicious and this place always live up to its name. Their recent touch up of the place has it looking ah-mazing! It is ideal now for small events such as celebrations. Their food is consistently delicious which is why it is our go to for authentic Pakistani no frills, no fuss food. From their lassi to start your meal through to dessert it is a fun journey for your taste buds. Tonight we opted for a sweet lassi, seekh kebab, aloo gobi and lamb shank nihari with plain parthas and garlic naan. Dessert option fave go-tos are kheer and gulab jamun. Be prepared to wait a bit though as it will be worth it. Order the lassi and a chaat item and savour it. Their newly done up interiors are beautiful with both the floral and stylishly mirrored wall and the mural too.

The authentic taste of foods from the continent of India. Far better then those in Epping, Carlingford and Parramatta which were water down to meet the Caucasian taste bud. The only critical ingredient that need control is chilly hot and not the exotic spices. Let your customers decide how hot they want their foods to taste. My partner and I were very disappointed when we want it very hot and we got something btw mild to medium hot. Never second guess what your customers wants. If in doubt double check. We enjoyed ours Chicken Tikka with plain naans for starter. Ours main were lamb shank nihari and chicken biryani. What a feast. We will definitely be back to try the beef Harlem and vege dishes. The two photos are proofs.

Nothing short of disappointing after reading reviews from here. After not receiving my order and then having to wait at the restaurant nearly 40 minutes for my order, I received a lacklustre apology assuring it won't happen again. Which it won't, because I will not be returning. The Lamb I ordered (photos) was mostly bone and liquid. The rice mostly grease and the Dal Makhani had 2 flavours: heat and butter. I don't like to do things like this, but I feel it must be known that I have paid for something that was barely finished and left me and my partner still very hungry because mine for one barely had anything in it!

We are accidental customers having been suggested this place by a local friend and man was it good. Ordered three very peculiar items and each one of them was spot on. I am fussy about my food and have been around after having grown up in Karachi. I can tell a proper nihari and paya from the fake/improper ones from miles. This was as genuine and proper as it gets. Taste was splendid. The owner and chef knew her stuff and it was actually overnight cooked. I can’t fault a thing. Even the naan were soft fluffy and fresh. Halwa puri and Chana - lightest puris I have had in years. Up there with the very best in my 45 years of eating puris. Making chana (chickpeas) is arguably easy. But the difference is cooked versus cooked with rich taste. These were the latter. I can go on and on but anyone looking for genuine Pakistani nihari, paya and halwa puri cannot afford to miss this place. For other food aficionados go their to tingle ur taste buds - u won’t be...

We had the pleasure of visiting Mazaidar Foods for their Ramadan Iftar & Dinner Buffet, and it was an incredible experience! The buffet offers a vast variety of dishes, including alternating mains like Chicken Korma, Lamb Korma, and Chicken Karahi. The BBQ options, such as Chicken Tikka and Seekh Kebab, were flavorful and tender.

The sides, like Veg Samosa, and Chana Chaat, were a perfect complement to the mains. For dessert, I highly recommend trying the Kheer and Gulab Jamun – both are deliciously satisfying.

What stood out the most was the refreshing drinks like Rooh Afzah and Chai, which added a special touch to the meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was prompt and friendly.

At $42 per adult, the buffet is definitely worth it for the variety and quality of food. I would highly recommend booking in advance, as it can get busy, especially during Ramadan. Definitely looking forward to...

My family and I were here on a Sunday. This is a family run restaurant who take pride in their food and service. Probably the best Pakistani/Indian restaurant I’ve visited in Australia. We had the pani puri, chicken jalfrezi, dhal makhni, chicken tikka with naan and roti. It was all fresh and delicious. The attention to detail was superb, from the sizzling plate of perfectly cooked/moist chicken tikka on a bed of onions and peppers with an awesome mint yoghurt chutney to the combination of crispy and moist naans. The chicken jalfrezi and dhal also tasted fresh & delicious and was enjoyed by everyone. Generous portions that allowed us to take leftovers home and have a second serve. We will certainly be visiting again and I look forward to trying some of my other favourite dishes I noticed on the menu such as the butter chicken, lamb nehari, Lahori fish, paapri chaat, halwa puri....
