Food and staff at all the shops are lovely but the plaza is dirty, the outdoor tiles are very slippery in the rain, tiles are cracked in walkways and a hazard, and the car park is shocking. The car park is very cramped with lots of tight turns and blind corners with confusing signage. Attempting to exit is always an ordeal because the ticket machine appears to be malfunctioning all the time and people are unable to leave. The security guard you can contact from the exit ticket machine is very unhelpful, very rude, and extortionate. People with valid tickets are continually harassed and called liars when surely the guards should know that the ticket machine is not reliable at all. Disgusting behaviour on the part of...

Its a cute little block on the corner of church street and Victoria RD. Its got a coles, a couple of nice cafes and is attached to parramatta medical center pharmacy and a daycare centre. Its a small place though like if you blink you will miss it. However its a nice place to come for shopping, or coffee with friends. Has underground parking, and lifts up. There are also public seats for anyone to sit. Its clean and nice scenery with both sun and shade. The its closed off to the rds which is a plus. And Very accessible especially for wheelchair access there are 4 main entries into the courtyard styled centre. All by foot only as you can only walk through the centre.
