Nice fresh baked burger subs with freshly baked sesame seed bread rolls.. The subs are good sized portions, 25 cm long & generously filled.. The filling consists of 2 good size meat + herb Patties to fit a long sub bread roll, with added cheese, garden salad, pickles, drizzled with an in-house specially made mayo sauce ... Love their special mayo dressing.. It's a perfect dipping sauce with their freshly cooked, crispy hot fries.

The Baked Burger Patties, taste like baked 'Kafta' minced patties... The fresh sesame seed bread rolls, Special Mayo dressing & the added pickles makes all the difference to what makes their Baked Burger Sub Sandwich Rolls truly special...

The name of this store has recently changed from 'Aria' Persian Fast-food to 'Daei' Persian Fast-food.. Meaning the management-owner has changed, but food menu items has remained the same & still taste great... It has been & still is, a long standing, Persian Sandwich Take Away restaurant. Been popular with the community for long time & is well known by the locals here. Great for take away & to have for lunch at the nearest nature park attraction..

Although I must say the menu is currently, slightly more expensive to what it used to be.. But most take away restaurants have recently hiked their prices.. The freshly made sandwich subs & Baked Burgers are still worth the visit.. This store stays open till 9pm & 10pm on Saturday which makes it great for a late night...

Yes… of course you could drive up the road to Subway and order the same basic b*tch sandwich you’ve ordered since your mum first put it infront of you… OR you could dine in an authentic Persian small family restaurant that will blow you way. I walked in like a lost puppy looking for a quick dinner, and read the menu wondering what would satisfy my hunger. And OH did it deliver… talk about portion sizing… I know this is a Persian restaurant but the sizing would give American dinner a run for their money. I ordered the 14 (aka beef roll). The “special sauce” is something different… not Big Mac or garlic aioli like every other “special sauce” on the planet. It a flavour bomb… a potion of yumminess ready to delight your tastebuds. This venue is no frills but focuses on great customer service and even better food. Looking forward to...

Read a review online and though I'd give it a shot. The rolls here are HUGE!!! It was almost double length of a vietnamese pork roll. Just the roll on its own I could have cut it in half and turned into 2 rolls and shared with my wife and you'd still be satisfied. It was my first time there so the owner recommended the most popular roll. I was impressed with all the flavours. It was almost like a burger in a roll but with middle east flavours. I'd definitely recommend anyone reading this to visit Aria Persian in North Parramatta.
