McDonald's Bankstown Centro — Restaurant in Sydney

Very bad customer service. The girl preparing the orders today was throwing the chips into the paper bags as if they were rubbish and when I complained because she gave me the wrong order she just threw another packet of chips in the bag, while she was talking and laughing with her colleagues,and pushed it over the bench towards me again as if she was saying “ here is one chips for free now eat it and shut up” . I spoke to the manager and his excuse was that they were busy. I’m I the only one that thinks that at a busy place like that the staff should be trained to handle the pressure? Ok McDonald’s is “cheap” but it’s still food and when someone is hungry and paying to get the food that they want and they have 2 toddlers with them crying cause they want their food I’m sorry but giving an excuse like that when your staff is playing with their hair and looking at their nails behind the counter is...

When I saw that McDonald's at Bankstown Central was about to close, I used the app to place my order, which had a predetermined location on Recard Road. However, I mistakenly placed an order at Bankstown Central. I was about to go to Ricard Rd when I noticed that my order had already been collected at Bankstown Central. So I went there and asked them what was going on. They told me they were about to close, so he pressed it as collected. A few minutes later, an angry lady approached me and handed me a package that I had ordered. When I checked the food, it was both burnt and cold. So I leave the package over there. This is totally disgusting and disrespectful. I am going to leave a Google review as well. Very poor customer service. I never expect this kind of behaviour...

Maccas in Bankstown What can I say about this Maccas Well I am standing in line to order behind a guy ,he orders and moves aside no issue with that . So I am standing there and staff member just walks off out back, I think OK she will be back soon ,waiting and waiting , a woman from the other que says join this que because the staff just do that and dont come back , well then I get to order and step aside , my number comes up on the screen as order ready so I approach counter and say my number , she say not yet ,I say my numbers up there, she says I know not yet ,meal comes out fries ( CHIPS ) under cooked and Coke was flat and warm..WELL WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS MACCAS OTHER THAN IT SUCKS AVOID...
