Meet Fresh — Restaurant in Sydney

I went to get take away last night on a Friday and the service was unbelievably slow. I ordered one dessert - warm herbal jelly soup. Everything should be premade and just needs to be heated and assembled. I waited 25 minutes for my dessert, which during that time, they had only served THREE other customers, one which was already in a takeaway bag waiting to be picked up when I got there.... There were 3 staff members working there, and towards the end, 5 staff members were there by the time I left. The wait is unacceptable and they were SO SLOW. The staff either didn't care and took their time, or they were inefficient and didn't know what they were doing. When I got my food, the staff worker who gave it to me looked sheepish and mumbled something to me in Mandarin (which I didn't understand) because HE KNEW it was an embarrassingly long wait for one small dessert.

By the time I left, there were 6-7 delivery drivers waiting + customers dining in still waiting + customers getting take away still waiting. If I knew the wait was that long, I would not have ordered.

There was one delivery driver in particular who got there at the same time as me and who was STILL WAITING when I left. It's not acceptable to let food delivery drivers who are trying to make minimal money wait that long too and quite...

The food here is decent for Sydney Asian dessert. However, the serving staffs are not the nicest and need some training in proper customer service. No smile from the start and seems to be in a bad mood. Doesn’t seem to want to answer a simple request. Great to see a Meet Fresh in this area - this one seems generally cleaner than other Meet Fresh Stores. And opens til midnight! The desserts are amazing with a good selection that will cater to most people. There looks like there are 2 car spots in front of the store but besides from that it is quite hard to find street parking with all the other restaurants in the area. Nevertheless, we will try and come here again if we can...
