At 6:37 pm today (11 August 2025), I ordered the Signature Mango Milk Flower. Instead, I was given the Mango Yoghurt drink and charged $11.98. This is not only the wrong drink, but also an overcharge compared to the menu price for what I received.
When I raised this with the staff member at the front desk, she denied the mistake, claiming it was coconut milk with sago. However, there was no sago, no coconut milk, and it was clearly yoghurt.
