Bit of a hype if you ask me — I’m usually pretty forgiving when it comes to small businesses doing their best, but this one really missed the mark. Honestly, I’d rather go to Macca’s (and I never eat there).
Everything tasted old - the prawn crackers, the chicken, even the noodles. Tables were dirty, people were complaining about service, and my own meal was just disappointing. I ordered fried flat noodles with chicken — barely any bean shoots or spring onion, just a sprinkle for garnish. The noodles tasted stale, like they’d been sitting in the fridge for days, and the flavour was nothing but salt.
When I asked for a small serve of bean shoots, they immediately said no unless I paid extra. It honestly feels like people only enjoy the food because they’ve come straight from the Pavilion next door after a few drinks.

Shallot Pancakes were delicious; crispy, soft on the inside, lovely subtle flavour. Wonton Pork in chilli sauce, mmm, so yummy. Pork and Garlic Chive dumplings best I've ever had. Honey Chicken was delicious. My wife loved the Crystal Prawn dumplings.
