I vote this Muffin Break cafe in Westfield Burwood a 5 out of 5 for the following reasons:

Covid-19; there is hand sanitizer and a water station which has a sign saying 'do not use the water fountain for hand washing', adequate cleaning of the table surfaces and adequate spacing out of customers tables. Overall, good covid-19 policies and procedures in place.

Friendliness; Friendly service from the customer service people when ordering your coffee.

Service; good service and fast receive my coffee approximately 5 minutes after I ordered and had taken my seat. Food/ coffee; on this occasion I did not eat I ordered a large mocha and found that it was well priced, good temperature and a good tasting coffee.

Cleanliness; my table was clean and I noticed the waitress was regularly cleaning table tops she informed me that at this cafe, they use a special antiviral spray to ensure there are no germs on the surfaces and told me that all cloths are thrown out after two days.

Value for money; paid $5 70 approx for my large mocha in a takeaway cup. I elected to sit down to drink it as they were not busy. Thank you for reading this review please click like if you found my review...

They stop serving coffee 35 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME!!!! This is insane and so unprofessional! When I asked why, they said because they want to go home and they finish at 4pm, because cleaning up takes them 40 minutes. Excuse me Sir??? Are you KIDDING ME! Business hours are 7- 5:30pm, not 7- 4:55pm. You need to keep serving until the end of business hours. This is laziness to the extreme! Just unbelievable!
