Oporto Burwood — Restaurant in Sydney

Worst manager/owner’s service ever. A guy named Maks aka calling him self he owns the business and manager of the business was very rude and disrespectful to me. I have been eating in this particular Oporto situated in Burwood Westfield every single working day and I use to order same food chicken salad. I always use to request the register person not to put Mayo on my food as I am Pregnant and can’t have it, instead Mayo put something else and everyday while I was being served by different cashier they didn’t had any problem and they use to replace mayo with any other sauce. This particular day 22/04/2024 I was being served by a young girl and she charged be extra money for replacing the Sauce and I asked the reason why as I have never been charged, as soon as she got confused suddenly this guy named Maks comes from behind and says in a very rude tone it needs to be charged , whoever didn’t charged I don’t care, I am the owner of the business and it costs money for everything. I was just asking the question to the girl and he just raised his voice for no reason. Later he said sorry just because according to him I was stressing the girl who was serving me was his trainee. There was no any trainee batch on her and she was very nice and calm and even she apologised with me for his bad behaviour. Later after having an argument with him I asked for the refund for the food and he didn’t even refunded my money. Very very disappointed and made my day stressful. He didn’t know how to...

Horrible customer service from an out of touch and oddly neurotic manager. Regardless of whether the customer is right or wrong, they should be treated with respect. the offer was absolutely misleading but he kept on challenging me that it's not. The offer said "ANTONI0's COMB0 CUPS" with a picture of two cups so I ordered thinking I'll be getting two cups but I had one! I was unhappy from the resolution so I filed an online feedback, ticking to be communicated over email and he called me! He was talking so fast trying to challenge me by correcting all my problems and I reminded him that it's meant to be over email, not mobile which is out of bounds! I wish I had his name. I have been eating Oporto for almost 10 years now. I hav been regular customer in burwood Oporto.on Saturday around 5 pm I ordered 2 regular meal and I requested crispy fries while ordering as well and requested them to put it for 5 min but the 2 ladies in the front counter were so careless..they didn’t care about what I told them. And they give me shaggy fries at the end.i requested them again but again for 2nd time they give me shoggy fries which was after the wait of 15 min.this was what I got.when I talked with the manager Nitin he told me he will give me refund instead of giving me a crispy fries.all the staff were so rude and careless . I’m not coming back to this Oporto again and will tell others not to go over there to eat...
