New Fusion Express — Restaurant in Sydney

I highly recommend to not go there. My son and I had decided to get some Thai food, and since this shop was quite close. The food’s packaging was pretty decent but the food we ordered.. really disgusts me.

My son had ordered Pad Thiu / ( the thick noodles ) and I had ordered beef Thai rice. As we unpackaged out food we had realised most of it smelled quite bad, and the noodles had way more liquid sauce then thought. The noodles also contained not much of the actual product; noodles, it had contained more vegetables.

As to my rice, I can say without a doubt that it was quite uncooked. Quite large clumps of rice were stuck in packs, making the rice feel particularly weirder. The beef was also incredibly tough, and hard to chew.

The worst thing about this though is how unhygienic this place is, we had eaten a little portion of the food, and my child had already had a stomach ache, I also had a bad feeling after.

Disgusting customer service went to buy food from them the handed it to us and was leaking profusely from the container went back within 1 minute of buying it and they were pretty much like not my problem. No refund, no remaking the food no, not even offer of another container (container was broken) there are many other fabulous food stores around and you can be certain they will never have our business again.

Dine in restaurant with No toilet! The meat quantity is very few compared with the price. We ordered chicken wings as an entree which was very oily. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all.

Relaying to the owner: Happy that you remembered me, admitted your bad quality entree and your quantity of food. Yes, my son has used “ for staff only” toilet. You don’t have toilet for guests. You have to be honest and reply customers with the truthful comments.
