Le Wrap — Restaurant in Sydney

Absolutely disgusting. So disappointing in the lack of presentation and effort. My dog will refuse to eat this, I don't know how you guys allowed this to pass your counter. As you can see on the receipt I paid for extra meat, cheese, dressing on my salad and no onions. I didn't receive extra meat, in fact I received less than what you usually serve AND it was burnt and stale. There was no cheese, no dressing on the salad. And the chips look and taste as if they were fried twice. After correcting you guys for no onions, I still found onions. Lets not forget your poor customer service, is your goal to drive people away? Looking back at your other reviews clearly you guys don't care as you haven't responded to anyone. I will never buy from you guys again and gladly spend my $27 somewhere else that...

Only rated one star to post a review ABSOLUTELY shocking customer service when wrapping my wrap the she spreed her fingers through the filling to spread it out Infront of me. The wrap was too wide then pushed her fingers through the side the wrap was bearly closed and then threw into the sandwich press when I asked if someone else to wrap it abit better I got a filthy look from the girl who attempted wrap it

They turned their backs to me and started making comments and looking back

After they gave me my wrap I asked if there where chips as it was a combo and one girl opened her eyes and pointed down aggressively and said they're right here and then threw them over the counter in a bag spilling the chips

On a lazy Monday morning around 9:00 am, I stopped by Le Wrap at Liverpool Westfield when the food court was almost empty. With plenty of options to choose from, I decided to try something new and ordered a Beef Toasted Wrap – Mexican style. It was freshly made and absolutely delicious, filled with lettuce, guacamole, mozzarella cheese, tomato, salsa, and sour cream.

I really loved how balanced the flavours were — not too strong, just perfect. The wrap was warm, fresh, and satisfying. I highly recommend Le Wrap to anyone who enjoys a good toasted wrap made with care and quality...
