Oporto - Surry Hills — Restaurant in Sydney

The worst customer experience I ever had in a restaurant! The lady at the counter gave me my food for take away, I told her that I ordered for dine in not take away, then she asked can I give it to you in the box as it is (basically not concerned about my request)? The whole body language and vibe was super rude, Then when the food was in a dine in plate and given to me I respectfully said that I don’t appreciate the way this situation was handled and she said what’s wrong I gave it to you dine in as requested. Then I told the lady that I will leave the food and will not touch it and leave, she offered me a refund I respectfully said no, she screamed to me out-loud in front of the customers “you are being dramatic “ then I left in peace without arguing. I am not dramatic, I just think food has energy, and I didn’t want anything to do with that...

The Haloumi Burger was nice but it was a little on the expensive side. It only has one chicken fillet, three pieces of cheese and barely any salad. I chose to add on an extra chicken fillet to balance out the burger (the chicken fillets these days are now only half the size and barely covers half the burger).

Oporto's burgers are nice but the constant increase in prices is starting to price them outside of even the "premium" fast food market. Service is as you would expect from a day food outlet.

to any Karen’s that have left horrible reviews for this sweet business maybe go to the multiple unhygienic food shops around the suburb and complain about them? Shame on you low life grubs!
