this cafe is so messy and dirty juice bar is unorganised fruit is everywhere just inside some dirty used shopping bag. The staffs and the owner has attitude problems, if you cannot handle the work load and stress of hospitality shut the door and fold the coffin styled shop the fruit should be sitting on top of ice inside a container, there should be storage system in place but there was none what so ever I can see rotten fruit used in making juices that was off putting for me. Employees working on food without gloves that was off putting for me, workers cooking working without gloves that was off putting for me. Then I was brave enough to try some dishes and I was right food is not nice at all not fresh, tasted like over due for 2 weeks, bread wasnt even toasted at all, poached eggs should be runny and has a liquid centre eggs Got served to me was hard like a rock. The quality is ground low for the price you paid, coffee just as bad as the food, burnt ! customer service was 2/10 poor form, the cafe is run by amateur, All the other 5 star review is all make up and once I saw the creepy owner asking customers to give the cafe 5 stars even tho they don’t want to. I think all other 5 stars is fake but it is what it is. if anyone want to pay for low quality food get burnt coffee, get no customer service then go oriana eatery if you want something better go somewhere else. I ate at Oriana Eatery yesterday (August 3) for the first time, and while I don’t normally write reviews but this eatery is so good it’d a disservice not to do! The wide range of meals meant there’s no way you can’t find a meal to your liking, what more it’s so yummy delicious, taste like painstaking home made food (not the standard pre-cook and heat up as you often find in many eateries). To top that, the ingredients are fresh (the spinach and mushroom were cooked to perfection!), and generous portions (you’ll never leave hungry). Even the coffee (I’d Latte w/skim milk) was so smooth and delicious. The icing on the cake (😉) is that this eatery has just the right ambience, very warm, friendly and genuine service! Michela, Rosita, Sapna, Neesha, Bikash (Barista) and even the proprietor was on deck, servicing customers with a jolly smile. And of course the chefs too, cooking up a storm of those delicious meals. If you’re into sweets, don’t hesitate to order the Blueberry Bread & Butter pudding (the butter milk pancake looks so enticing too), it’s so yummy! Oriana Eatery is awesome, now my new to go place!!! Awful, awful experience. Dreadful food and the Owner has no customer service skills. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. The place is advertised to be open until 9pm Thursdays. I arrived at 7:20pm, it was pretty full. Within 2 mins of ordering, the Owner commenced packing up around me (see the pic of stacked chairs), instructed me to finalise my bill, and told me they were closing. No food or drink had arrived yet and I had just sat down after being told a full menu was available and only the freshest ingredients are used. My 'chicken mushroom pasta' came out and the parmesan stank which tells me it was bottled off the shelf and not fresh at all. I counted five, very tiny pieces of chicken all up, and that wasn't fresh either, it was that pre-rolled roast chicken you can get from the freezer. Gross as. Look at the pic, can you see a single chunk of chicken sticking out? The food is not fresh. He systematically shoved everyone out the door, including me, by being extremely unwelcoming and pushy from 2 minutes into me being there. I left 15 minutes after arriving and snapped the pic of the centre table area that was completely packed up as well, and it wasn't even 8:00pm. This place does not trade until 9:00pm, I informed concierge of my experience and they dealt with it lovely. I will never go back and I doubt Campos would be happy...
