I honestly wish I could leave a better review, but my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I don’t take leaving a 1-star review lightly, but after giving it a fair chance, I felt compelled to share my honest experience in hopes that it helps others and encourages some much-needed improvements.
Let’s start with the arrival. From the moment I walked in, things felt off. The front desk staff (or employee, depending on the context) were cold and disinterested, barely acknowledging me. There was no warmth, no greeting, and certainly no sense of hospitality or professionalism. I understand that people have off days, but this was not just one person – it felt like an overall culture of apathy and poor customer service.
The environment itself looked nothing like the photos. What was advertised as “modern and welcoming” felt outdated, worn down, and not well-kept. Carpets were stained, furniture was chipped, and the general cleanliness was below standard. I genuinely expected more for what I paid, and I’ve stayed in far better places for less.
Now, the real issue was with the room/service/food (you can adapt). The room I was given was small, smelled musty, and was clearly not cleaned properly. I found dust on most surfaces, hair in the bathroom, and the bedding didn’t feel fresh. The air conditioning barely worked, and when I called to report it, I was either ignored or told “we’ll get to it soon,” which never happened. I ended up sleeping uncomfortably for the entire stay, and honestly, I couldn’t wait to leave.
If this was just a one-time mistake, I might have let it go. But everything felt consistently careless. The food (if applicable) was another huge letdown – bland, cold, and overpriced for the portion and quality. Even something as simple as getting a drink took way too long, and the staff never seemed apologetic or eager to make things right.
What bothered me most wasn’t just the poor conditions, but the total lack of accountability. When I politely raised my concerns, I was brushed off with generic responses. No apology, no effort to fix anything, and no real customer care. I wasn’t asking for luxury — just basic respect and decency. That alone would have made a huge difference.
I rarely write reviews like this, and I always try to see the good. But this place (or business/product) felt like it simply doesn’t care about its customers. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend it in its current state.
I truly hope they take feedback seriously and make changes, because with the right attention, this could be a much better experience for future guests. But as of now, I would suggest...
Read more5.30pm @ the counter, one staff member actively doesn't wanna work, another gives her the look. No one at the counter other than me, they were packing an order for someone like ubereats to pick up. Never mind the guy waiting to order, finally @ 5.33pm one staff member decides to take my order jist a regular chicken popcorn and then all of a sudden she leaves, I was waiting for 5 minutes before staff supervisor Zara felt pity and called me asking what my order was. She knew they messed up and offered to make it a large instead of a regular. I declined. May be it's closing time, may be the staff are tired, may be the staff didn't wanna serve a brown guy, may be and may be. Eventually this is KFC everyone goes to KFC. This one has a 2.2 rating. What else can you expect. Stop hiring 12 year olds if you do train them well on soft skills. Now waiting for 5 minutes seeing everyone after you get their orders and you are still waiting seems like for ever. Bcos once the supervisor called me it took her like 30 secs to get the order. Outlets like these will kill the brand name, imagine the day people chose food outlets based on customer service...

I am writing to share my disappointment with a recent experience at your store on 4 August 2025. I purchased 10 wings, and unfortunately, the quality was far below what I have come to expect from KFC.
The wings were not fresh and were very dry on the inside, lacking the usual juiciness and tenderness that I consistently enjoy at other KFC locations. It was clear they had either been overcooked or left sitting for too long before serving.
This was a very poor experience, and it truly stood out in a negative way – one that I won’t forget for a long time. Given KFC’s usual standards, this was disappointing and not reflective of the quality I’m used to.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate it if you could look into the matter to ensure better quality control...
