Sushi Hub Parramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

I got heat illness late autumn sitting near here, upstairs Foodcourt. If it's raw fish what activity is producing so much heat?

Had to walk up a bunch of stairs later in the evening while still feeling unwell. I usually have to actively make sure I sip water to avoid dehydration but skulled down a 1.25 litre water and standard sized sugar free orange Sunkist can during this bizarre experience. I rolled up my trousers removed layers of clothes and even the bandanna on my head that keeps hair out of my face. My performance / output was quite significantly impaired by heat illness.

If they find a way to confront the after school vaping crew that take up another table I'd give better feedback. There must be some one in the place who cares about the community and knows how to approach such...

So this is what happened. We ordered different mix of sushi at sushi hub Parramatta Westfield today, top floor and funnily it is been 2 days in a row we ended up going to sushi hub , other one at blactown westpoint yesterday . Today, We found salmon fish bone in one of the salmon sushi. I found it while eating and eventually was stuck in my mouth gum. After we finish our sushi, we went back to counter to tell them about this . Guy at the counter said on my face " so what ? What you want me to do? " I was shocked to hear his reply. No apologies on face or atleast asking me if I am ok. Just realised after that expecting an apology is a rare from certain types of shop - be it from a shop owner or worker. Disappointed, will never go back...

My daughter is severely allergic to egg , fish and peanut. Chicken, beef or avocado sushi are ideal for her so long as there is no cross contamination by knives , boards etc. I gingerly asked Mr CK behind the Parramatta Westfield counter on January 2nd 2025 if the sushi might have had any contamination. He answered yes but was happy to make her up a new fresh batch of whatever she wanted. I was stunned and so grateful that he was happy to do that, I almost cried. Most of the time I get told no, like at the Erina Fair branch.
