Underwhelming. The dine-in experience was horrible, and I expect the franchise to improve in every aspect. From the start, staff were not attentive to customers, as one cashier left the pos to go talk to one of their friends instead of serving me while waiting in line. They did not even acknowledge the customer waiting in line, and they thought it was appropriate to talk to a friend while we could see them. Secondly, the staff taking the order for the order wrong. I ordered the bowl and quesadilla. The staff asked what meat and how spicy for the quesadilla. I said chicken and mild, then I asked to make the quesadilla a large meal, then the staff asked if I meant the bowl? I said no, the quesadilla, not that it would make a difference, then the staff asked again what meat and spicy level for the quesadilla. I was so confused as I said I already ordered the quesadilla. Horrible staff who speak broken English. Thirdly, the food was sub-par. The regular size bowl was small and underfilled and potentially missing fillings. Quesadilla was small and little filling. I had to go upto the counter to ask about my chips I had ordered as they forgot about it while other customers who ordered after us already had their chips. But I think I should leave this review so that you guys can have some reflection , On Thursday around 1:30 I have ordered burritos Bowl with extra guacamole. The problem , seems like they have run out of rice but however since my order was already taken , they proceeded my order with rice that is less then how it should be . I expected if you don’t have enough portion , just call me again and ask if I wanna change to something else . I would even pay up for another order . However, I have got my order with rice barely even there , like in the photos it does look full but I know what I ate . Rice was flattened at the bottom of the bowl to make it seems like it is full 🥲😅. But with the less portion, it is hard me to even eat the rice since it’s sticking up to the paper plate ( that’s how much less rice it is ) . I always eat at other Guman Gomez so I know how the normal portions. Please communicate next time to customers please if you didn’t have enough rice to make one order cuz after I have noticed my order was off , I was looking at kitchen and 6 mins later , the new rice was loaded off to the Kitchen 🥹. Read moreToo many mistakes in one order, haven't had such an awful experience before. Okay, everyone makes mistakes (even if they are multiple mistakes in one order), but you can't be bad at what you are doing and extremely rude, well I think they could. I studied and am working in Engineering and faced nothing trickier than their menu, it is specifically and intentionally design to rip customers off, my mom tought me that this is stealing i.e. they are true thieves. Buying and selling (trading) isn't at all like that, it is rather a clear of process where I go to buy X for Y amount of money. X and Y must be clearly defind to both the buyer and seller, which is nothing like their menu which is made to confuse you with misleading ads of new cheap tacos for example and when you buy it, you pay almost double what you understood. The way these thieves are playing their drity game is buy relying on the fact that most people are nice and assuming that they (the thieves) are good people.
I hate this culture of ripping people off by law, I will design something, I will confuse you and make sure you are tricked by the price and then I will miss hear you when you are order and then I will be super rude when you ask me...
