The staff who made my iced chocolate did a really lousy job making it. I was watching them make my beverage, the lady was mixing the chocolate powder with hot water, but only stirred it a few times and rushed to pour it into the cold milk. The chocolate powder was still all in lumps when I drank it. And no matter how much I stirred my drink in the cold milk with ice, they're still in lumps. The lady looks like she was rushing everything and has no heart to make an easy drink right. I mean it's just stirring chocolate powder with hot water, and pouring it in a plastic cup with milk and ice. What skills does it take to make it. Why do such a lousy job. So...

The service is ok, depending on who you get and what mood they are in that day. Coffee is ok. Good atmosphere as music is not blaring and at a nice level. Unfortunately the food disappoints every time. It cost me $17 for one coffee and two small cupcakes which were so dry we had to get water to wash it down. The icing is pretty good but the actual cake is incredibly dry! Last time I got a sandwich and paid near $15 for a very hard to bite chin schnitzel roll, it was a so stale it tasted two days old. Good customer services. Staff are welcoming. I didn't order much just a pastry but owner is really nice and friendly he offered free testing of their new dessert/new receipt he even brings it to your table by himself.
