Voted to be among the Top 8 eateries in Sydney’s inner-west Glebe by one of our fave guides, The AGFG, this place is located at the centre of buzzling Glebe Point Road and has free parking across the street. The very Italian and very welcoming staff made us comfortable; set in an almost romantic surrounding with ‘just right’ lighting. We started this pleasant evening with Prawns Napoletana cooked in delectable chili and garlic sauce, which matched perfectly well with classic Italian bread (for dipping! and a bit of fighting as who gets to have the last piece!). This was followed by a satisfying plate of Penne Boscoiala and a pizza appropriately described as ‘everything on top’. This means, pineapple too! And this also gave us room for a culinary deliberation on whether Italian pizza should have pineapple (me) or should not (him). In the end, Pizza e Vino’s simply delivered a satisfactory pizza. (I won, btw). The exquisite and romantic dinner was rounded up with an enchanting traditional Tiramisu. This is a ‘you cannot go wrong’ kind of place. Well done guys! Grazie for...

Came here a few times to try the different pastas. We tried the boscaiola: creamy and well seasoned, not too heavy either (would recommend), risotto: creamy and filling, w/ good amount of chicken pieces, calzone: (folded/closed pizza) , good amount of toppings but the edges of the calzone became hard to eat as there were no filling/toppings there, great wood fire flavour and texture, and carne pizza: great wood fire flavour and texture, have an option to choose tomato or bbq base, large pizza with good amount of toppings. Friendly service, always smiling. Everytime we went there, it was quite packed. Can't wait to try more of their selections, as it's been consistently great so far.

Not sure if it was just a bad day or if the chef changed. Today the carne pizza was very salty and we tried the bolognese for the first time. Would not recommend it to anyone. Was very bland and tasted somewhat like canned tuna. Hope to have a better...

We had an incredible time at the pizza-making class! It was a thoroughly enjoyable three-hour session with a fun group of six people. The highlight was the amazing staff who were extremely friendly and super passionate about pizza- all genuine natives of Naples.

We started from scratch, selecting the perfect flour for our dough. The staff explained the importance of each ingredient and the subtleties of mixing the dough just right. They guided us on how to knead the dough, the ideal resting times, and ensuring its texture was perfect - not too sticky, not too dry.

We learned the dos and don'ts, like when to let the dough rest and how to handle it gently to create the perfect crust. They also showed us the differences between cooking our pizzas on various surfaces.

As we cooked, we got to try each other’s pizzas! And the best part was taking home the doughs we made- enough to share with friends and family. Highly recommend this...
