Amazing surprise.
I was expecting a cross between a simple, earthy & tasty tray of veggies, carbs & proteins à la Bill Crews in Ashfield, revamped like a Lentil As Anything groovy bohemian café like there are so many around town.
And that would have been already beautiful and made extremely happy!
But I discovered a proud fine-dining casual sophisticated establishment, with superb cuisine and presentation, sleek modern design, a totally professional setting, and to offset this and infuse the OzHarvest spirit of generosity, the warm human touch of a great floor staff, who are not hospitality professionals but professionals of the priceless Art-of-Making-You-Feel-Good-&-Welcome!

The food was delicious, creative and beautifully presented. The food is predominantly vegetarian and they cater well for vegans and other dietary requirements. The volunteers are all lovely, caring individuals without which this place would be unable to function.
