Ronnie's Pizza House — Restaurant in Sydney

Been going to Ronnie's for over decade, unfortunately won't be going back!!. Ordered online for pick up tonight.... got to ronnies to say we are busy give us 30 mins..considering it took ten minutes drive to arrive after ordering online, this was bearable as everyone gets busy.. after 50 mins waiting in shop for my pizza asked how long be before get my pizza.. the girls checked my order it hadn't even been made, numerous orders had been done and picked up by this time. Even walk in orders..Mistakes are made but when have the manager/owner on site own your mistakes don't let a poor girl doing phone orders apologise for mistakes.. This would never happened when Sam owned the Shop! Apologies cost nothing maybe you could of held on to a loyal customer!! Without customers you don't have...

If you want your dinner in a timely manner, I would go someplace else. 2 and a half hour wait for our order. When I called to ask about it because they were closing soon, the lady I spoke to on the phone was super nice but the guy in the background (a manager?) had tone when saying it’ll be another 30 minutes. 30 minutes go by, it’s their closing time, and I had to call again to chase it up. Was told it’s “just coming out of the oven” and will be with us in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later it finally shows up. The pizza was nice but not worth a 2 and a half hour wait. Why a business wouldn’t even start cooking an order until AFTER someone calls chasing up an order that’s been in for almost 2 hours at that point is beyond me. Will not...

I have always ordered from Ronnies Pizza in Penrith and up until today have always had good service. However, today I rang and put an order through for deliver as usual and the lady took the order and hung up rather hastily. I said to my husband 'she has hung up and not taken our address' and we thought oh well they will ring when they go to deliver. But no, they rang after an hour to tell us our pizzas were sitting in the warmer for over an hour when are we coming to get them. I explained that they were meant to be delivered. They said well she put it through on a pick up docket. So now are delivering our hour old cold pizzas to us. Not happy. No apology...
