I normally don't write reviews but I just have to let people know how much of a rip off this subway is and to avoid this place unless you want to pay $$$$. To be charged $11.15 for a kids meal when they are normally $6.95 is an absolute joke! When I went back to question the charges, I was advised that prices have gone up. Mate, I understand that inflation has gone up but not to the point where your prices have gone up more than 60%!! The employee then tells me that they only way to charge for a kids meal is to input each individual item therefore, that is the price and you cannot substitute items as part of the kids meal. Firstly, if this was the case, why wasn't I told at the start when I asked for the cookie and chocolate milk instead of being given the items I asked for!? Other Subways allow for substitutions but if this store doesn't, let the customer know first hand! The employee tried to rectify the situation by taking back the cookie and chocolate milk and giving me the puree and water but that still didn't resolve my initial complaint, the cost of the kids meal. In the end, I just left because it was going nowhere. Whoever owns this subway store, fix your pricing system and train your staff! It's a complete joke to be ripping paid...

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my visit to your Subway location at Casula on August 28, 2024, at approximately 9:45 AM.
During this visit, a female employee displayed extremely rude and unprofessional behavior towards my friend and me. She used insulting language, telling me to "shut up" and referring to my friend as an "idiot." Her condescending demeanor was not only disturbing to us but also to other customers who witnessed the exchange. The incident was particularly surprising, as it arose over something as minor as a request for four pieces of tissue.
I believe this employee would greatly benefit from additional training in customer service, including how to interact with customers with respect and professionalism. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.
I hope that you will address this matter promptly to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.

Through all of these days that I had par taken in this pilgrim I have never been quite literally been disappointed to the point of defeat.
