In fairness, the food is great, fresh and delicious. However the entire experience was ruined by customer service severely lacking from one of the staff. We were inaccurately charged for one item. The price listed under the picture was less than the price in the bill. If the menu is in error that's their problem not mine. Despite this obvious bait and switch discrepancy, the manager was extremely disrespectful and could have graciously accepted the error and apologised. This did not happen. For 50 cents, the manager was so rude in responding to our objections, denying any error despite the actual evidence in front of her. This could have been prevented had the menu been accurate, the listed price erased, or had the manager been kinder in responding to our legitimate issue. If the incorrect price was due to a mistake, businesses are generally required to honour the displayed price. We should have the right to pay the advertised price, not the price that surprises us in the bill. It's not about the 50 cents. It's about the publicly aggressive response to our concerns. Today I went in signed in, wore my mask as per gov guidelines happily obliging, however the service lady told me sanitise. I told her kindly I have a skin condition dermatitis and I canât sanitise. I touched zero surfaces during this process. She became upset and sighed loudly. I was sincerely trying to be nice with her and she continued to glare at me even after I kindly thanked her for the food. This kind of service has been on repeat. We wonât be back and you have lost a long standing customer, when things open up we will support another company with indoor dining. First off, the selection of sushi on the conveyor belt was quite limited, and many of the items looked like they had been sitting out for too long. The freshness just wasnât there, which is crucial for sushi.
Additionally, the service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, making it difficult to get their attention when we needed assistance. We waited a long time to place our order, and when it finally arrived, it was not what we expected. The rolls were poorly assembled and the fried chicken was raw.
