To Whom It May Concern,

I visited your premises today with the intention of simply enjoying a cup of coffee. However, I was unexpectedly bombarded, accused, and spoken to rudely by the the owner of this establishment, Ms Giri. The reason for this treatment, I was led to believe, was that I had supposedly left a negative review on Google, which I categorically deny. I take great offence to these unfounded accusations.

Not only was the owner's behaviour a display of poor manners, but it was also unethical, unprofessional, and utterly unacceptable. It is not appropriate to bring personal issues into the workplace, and it is certainly not acceptable to take out frustrations on customers. This kind of behaviour is not conducive to running a successful business or fostering a positive relationship with patrons.

As a regular customer, I have been visiting this café for some time. Unfortunately, due to the owner's disrespectful behaviour, I will no longer be returning. The display of passive-aggressive and illogical behaviour was not only unprofessional, but it also made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.

As a business owner, it is essential to maintain a level of professionalism and respect towards customers, regardless of the circumstances. I urge you to reflect on your behaviour and consider the impact it has on your customers. Lovely friendly local cafe with great selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, all of which are really reasonably priced. FOOD: Great selection of salads, burgers, wraps, smoothies, acai bowls, gf muffins, gf banana bread and big brekkie options. STAFF: Very attentive and friendly. VIBE: Laid back feel with artworks on the walls etc, locals playing cards/checkers? out the front (sadly many of which smoke and throw their butts in the gutter out the front, kinda really old school/less educated) but speaks to how community oriented this place is and accommodating the staff are to this. The staff were constantly cleaning down surfaces etc, so if COVID concerned, I'd highly recommend this place too. ACCESSIBILITY: Great, levelled ground. Ideal for wheelchairs, prams, walkers and those with dogs can easily sit outside on the various chairs and tables. OVERALL: Highly recommend, especially if you want a laid back, really...

As I am a busy truck driver, I hadn't had my morning coffee hit yet & as I was on my way to a private delivery I saw this beautiful little coffee stop shop so I stopped to get my morning cafe hit. On entering I was greeted by a beautiful young woman Crystal (Mongolian beauty I must say👌) & ordered a cappuccino. The cappuccino was beautifully made, tasted great, smelt great & looked great.
