The Noble Hops — Restaurant in Sydney

Great venue with helpful, accommodating and friendly staff.

The Noble Hops have a Fresco area at the back of the pub. Ideal for a function, that seated a group of approx. 25.

Very satisfied with the effort Joe and his team put in to make the afternoon very memorable for my son's 18th and all the guests.

They also provided catering at the venue. Everyone commented on how good the food was. Especially the ole style hot chips and gravy 🙂

The card games at the bar, were a good idea too. They enjoyed, playing 'Cards of Humanity' over a variety of craft beers and lots of laughs.

Noble Hops is an absolute gem in Redfern. They’ve always got an incredible rotating lineup of beers on tap — from local favourites to unique brews you won’t find anywhere else. The cocktails are top-notch too, clearly made with care and creativity.

What really makes this place stand out is their passion — they even do a bit of gypsy brewing themselves, and it shows in the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely community-focused. Even though there’s no kitchen, they encourage you to grab food from nearby venues, which is such a great way to support other local businesses.

Very good. Very good indeed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Lots of interesting beers on tap. Fairly pricey, but I'm behind the times on cutting edge craft beer so take that thought with a grain of salt. I caught them on a quiet night when the barman had the luxury of time to indulge my questions, so will hold back that fifth star until I see how the place runs when it's rammed solid with thirsty punters.
