I popped in this morning with an idea for a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I left with a great gift I am sure she will love. I also left with a new found desire to know all I can about the world of Tea! The service was outstanding and the passion and knowledge about the product was exceptional! I find it very rare to get service of this level and if I still lived locally I would be back to try every tea in the store! Thank you, i cant wait for christmas so i can sample the...

Very upsetting that when going to exchange some teas and items that I was gifted from this store nothing was allowed to be exchanged. One of the teas I am unable to have because it would make me unwell. This is just wrong. The receipts where only from 6 days before. Will never shop and make sure no one I know goes to this tea shop.

Need to train personnel better before leaving them to fend...

I've been going here for years and the reasons for are:

  1. consistently high quality tea with no artificial flavourings
  2. neat and wide selection of teas
  3. friendly staff - on my last visit I was given a free sample of the Stockholm tea and that has to be the nicest black tea I've tried.

I highly recommend this place over T2, the teas are real...
