Spent $20 for the world's smallest, sadest looking hsp and barely enough for half a meal. This is way too much money for the quantity of food I was buying. On top of the unreasonable price, when I asked for sauce for the hsp I was charged an extra $3. This is ridiculous considering sauce should automatically come with the hsp, with no extra charge. And instead of garlic sauce I was given tzatziki instead (I understand that there is garlic in tzatziki but that doesn't make it the same as garlic sauce). I am thoroughly disappointed with the price and service of this meal. Only reason this isn't 1 star is because the lamb meat was really good. Everything else was subpar and I definitely will be going elsewhere from now on.

Amazing greek food! They tasted amazing and were very generous with portion sizes, the small yeeros was enormous and the Yeeros pot was even bigger. The pita bed especially was very soft and chewy with a nice crispy crust, the balance of fresh salad with the meat and tzatziki sauce was spot on. Pricing was on the cheaper side and the portions were enormous, so well worth the money. This place is very popular and will always see many people eating here even late into the night, well worth the try.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my yeeros much the chips were good but prices very expensive in my opinion. Service was good though but too over spiced although the bread was soft. I wouldn’t go back in a hurry it is in need of an update but would be fine if prices aligned with quality. Sorry to say for three of us it was nearly 70 dollars for two yeeros a plate of lamb with chips extra sauce and drinks plus another serving of chips but they were nice.

There are other choices where customers are treated nicely. Go there.

This review will be brutal. But sometimes the truth is brutal. If this place cares about it's image, they will re-assess and do something about it. Reading all the other reviews, I just have to agree.

I used to come to this place as a kid. And believe me, that was a long time ago. So this place has been around forever. Maybe that's the problem. The staff were arrogant then, and they're still arrogant now. Impatient, not friendly, and happy to snatch the cash out of your hand.

The yeeros meat itself is very tasty, and has a unique flavour, but that's about where it ends. Everything else is just "normal", and as others have commented - adding tzatziki and a little bit of cheese will set you back a few more dollars on what is already an expensive meal for what it is - a bit of meat, lettuce onion and tomato rolled in flat bread. Other yeeros places give you sauces for free.

One of the more annoying aspects of this place is they do not take EFTPOS - only cash. Yes, and we all know why it's cash only. In the year 2018, there is only one reason a restaurant only accepts cash, but I digress. Despite not taking cards, they are very quick to point you to an ATM which they have installed in the store, for which no doubt they get a kickback for, which charges $2.50 to withdraw cash. I was caught out here with no cash, but I was smart enough to go to the regular bank ATM across the street - that does NOT charge fees. This is the only takeaway store I know of anywhere in Australia i have travelled to that refuses EFTPOS, but has it's own ATM!!! Staff say "cash only" and in the same breath point you to their own internal ATM. It's a cheap, disgusting, greedy and money grubbing attitude that pushes this review down to 1 star.

I normally never give bad reviews. However, after reading so many reviews that mirror my own experience, I had to chime in.

Hey Victoria Yeeros, you should understand that customers made you who you are today, over many decades. Treat them with a little more respect. For a start, you can get rid of that ATM, and start accepting EFTPOS. Train your staff how to be friendly. I've had people say that it's intimidating to order food at your store. Tzatziki, and other sauces should be free - like it is everywhere else. It just shows your...

Very disappointing we took our family of 6 tonight and spent close to $300 we ordered the $120 platter to be told that it would feed 5 to 6 people when it came out it was no where near what we had thought two small pieces of halloumi with chips spread on bottom of platter with 4 meat skewers a chunk of lettuce and tomato sliced by no means anything impressionable the skewers where warm to touch not hot the chips the same and olive oil had been sprayed all over the food platter we all love olive oil but not to this extent of it all greasy on the bottom of our platter we all are so thirsty after finishing our meals. Our children had a cheeseburger which was very basic and our other two had yeeros combos each both said when they went to eat theirs the bread just spilt open and they couldn’t eat it as a yeeros style the sauce was tzatziki that was only spread on their lettuce none of the meat section of the yeeros which definitely was not to our liking and the photos we saw that showed otherwise and also our past experiences of Greek food We had such high expectations seeing this on Facebook and we made the drive 44 mins away to come and experience this only to be so disappointed Really not worth a visit customer service asked us how it was we said nice but really we should when asked we should have been upfront and told our honest opinions The noise in the background of machinery high pitched the whole time we sat their was giving us a headache it was unbearable Tables are sat in like sardines and no room to move doors where wide open and it was freezing the air with many people complaining of the cold it would be nice to have indoor heaters to bring comfort to paying customers who are spending large amounts of money like we did tonight sadly we won’t...

We were a party of 7 looking forward to a Yeeros at Victoria Yeeros based on the recommendation of our son, who used to frequent this establishment 10 to 15 years ago. Our extended family of four from overseas were excited about the prospect of having a traditional Greek yeeros. They love their kebabs. Firstly, we saw a fly cruising around inside the cabinet with rice puddings and some fried items which were uncovered. One of our guests immediately decided not to have anything to eat. One of the kids asked for no tomato (he has an allergy) and 3 Falafel balls with Yeeros. This was the start of a drama of epic proportions. The man taking orders was extremely upset with this simple request. In the midst of this the woman was pestering our party to finish the order unreasonably quickly. When I ordered my Yeeros without tomatoes, as well, in a very arrogant and sarcastic way the man quite loudly said what sort of allergy do you have. I decided I would not cope with this attitude and told him, and cancelled my order. The father of our guest family was paying for the meal and asked for homous (on the menu), but was given another sauce. All in all the experience was horrendous. Most of the food was left uneaten. My son and myself approached the woman server at the end of the meal to let her know how disappointed we were and she said the man serving was old. That was her excuse for his rudeness and that we should accept it. She wasn't phased that I told her we would give a negative review online. The man at the counter when I told him of our disappointment, said I don't care and tell anyone you like. Only go to this establishment if you want stale food, flies, arrogant servers and staff smoking in the doorway. One star because you...
