Absolutely adore this place! They do THE best house made treats and the service from the girls that work there is normally exceptional. Sad to have to note that Wednesday 7th May in the morning around 9am or 10am there was a much much younger girl working there who was very unfriendly and monotonous. When I rung the bell for service after waiting a few moments she came out with a blank irritated look on her face. I don’t think she cracked a smile the entire time she served me and I felt a very obvious level of distain for my even being in there. This was very out of character for Manly Farm. I have never encountered this staff member before. I hope it’s down to the fact that perhaps she had some significant personal issues happening and that it was affecting her mood. There were no other people or customers in the store so it wasn’t like she was stressed from being busy. I hope this was a once off and hope she is alright and that it won’t be a reflection of...

So over this place today. Bought vegan cultured cheese for a snack. Tasted it in the car, went to get an exchange when it was fizzy on on the tongue. Not just a bit, but pop rocks fizzy. Manager comes out starts talking me in circles about how she tasted it and it was fine. Turns out she had cut the other corner of the cheese and insisted I was simply having a preference problem. I KNOW MY VEGAN CHEESE. SHE TASTED THE OTHER END. Then offered to help me get satisfaction with the tiny cheese producer. That is lame, you are the shop it is your job to acknowledge your faulty product.

EXPENSIVE, BAD SERVICE, BLAMES CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT HELP.

Little shop that I love to come by whenever I’m in the area!

Tried the Vegan Mud cake and I sniffed it on my drive back home! It taste like heaven! It was sooo good I wish o bought more!

$8 per piece.. really small but just enough size ❤️ I managed to take a pic of a half eaten mud cake 😂

Staff are all friendly and accommodating.

Some grocery items are way too pricey 😓

Like there’s this coconut water which same brand you can find on other shops.. they are way dearer :(
