Wok Master — Restaurant in Sydney

Honestly I am dissappointed with the service from this place. I've been a regular customer of this place and I'd admit that I like the food here but unfortunately how they handle their mistakes was just horrible.

I have contacted the store almost half an hour earlier to order my food and the order was supposed to be handled by a waiter lady, and she assured me that the order has been registered.

But when I had reached the place after quite some time, I was immediately told that she forgot the order and she hasn't sent in the order at all which is just unacceptable. I expressed my dissatisfaction for what had happened and that I am in a hurry and don't have much time left but she seemed to ignore all that and told me that she will take the order now and ask for payment.

I then again reminded her that I do not have enough time and ask her if she could compensate this with anything if I am to still stay and order, but she was immediately baffled and told me that she had given her apology.

At this point, I have wasted too much time to even be able to stay and eat anywhere and I promptly left after letting her know of my dissatisfaction.

Overall, it was quite a traumatic and dissappointing experience from a place I thought I could have put my trust into and I ended up leaving hungry for my own important work, and I find it hard to come back again...

Absolutely disappointing. After 1 year of eating here the quality of the food has constantly degraded. I regularly order the sweet and sour pork and unfortunately, discovered pieces of batter with no meat inside! Another regular dish is the stir fried cabbage which has never contained so much pepper and chilli seeds that it would of been better peeling prawns rather than moving the seeds and peppercorn out of the way. They have also severely reduced the amount of fried pork pieces in the dish. This business has sorely lost touch of its quality of food. Its become another place that’s not worth...

Food have excellent presentation and service was quick. Food ready in no time, probably Macca speed for preparation of food. How ever, the vegetables (5/10) was very chewy but the cooking and taste was superb. The fried rice also look amazing but needs a little more seasoning (7/10). The crispy chicken both the chilli chiecken and non spicy Taiwanese popcorn chicken tasted excellent (8/10). The soup was also great (10/10) except for the portion a little small.
