If I could give zero stars to this restaurant, I would do it tonight. When I processed the order through the phone, I thought everything was fine and paid. I just finished my meal, and I walked away, and then this lady started yelling at me on the street saying: you didn't pay. Why you didn't pay? She didn't even come to me and ask me nicely, and then I said I would just pay, sorry, I didn't know.

As soon as we got into the restaurant, she started pointing at me, and she started saying in front of everyone pay here, you have to pay, you didn't Pay. So, yell at me in front of everybody for no reason.

When we got to the counter, I was going to pay, and then I said to her that was rude what you said to me in front of everybody, and then I say I'm going to leave you bad review. What's your name? And then she said you can call me whatever you want; just pay. I can't believe that someone like that works in...

It was getting close to closing time, I went to get takeaway for dinner and it was still full with more people coming in. It seems to be very popular with lots of Chinese customers so that already speaks volumes. The portions are surprisingly generous I kinda got caught off guard because I discovered them at lunch and ordered a pot that is probably good for 2 or even 3 people, I was not prepared. The food is obviously authentic Chinese food, the mild spicy and flavourful type. I love the presentation with the clay pots, I'm not very familiar with it but it quite welcome. There also seems to be these other hot pot type dishes with a huge pan and a burner on the table it's quite intriguing. Also I love ordering through my phone it works great. The service was really bad and dangerous to the customer. Didn't have a satisfactory experience. The waiter didn't hold the pot carefully for the table next to us so the oil is spilled on my 30dollar T-shirt and on my arm. The oil was really hot so my arm was burned and painful. When paying the bill, i asked for 20%off discount as comforting which is like 10%more off since we pay cash but the waitress didn't. The experience was really bad, won't come to this store anymore. And this restaurant violates the terms in ACCC, specifically the tort laws including the negligent existence of duty of care, and the employers have the vicarious liability. hope everyone have a good experience while eating out but probably low chance in this restaurant...
