Ciao Bella Gelato Bar — Restaurant in The Entrance

Update: The owner dealt with my feedback in a very respectful and generous way. After visiting again last night all I can say is thankyou..... the gelato was GREAT and the young woman serving was really pleasant. Well done.

Prev: Your Website said you close at 9.30pm on Sunday, so tonight we took our 3 children there while we are on holiday. We got to your shop at 8.50pm and was told by not so friendly lady that you were closing. She could have served us and give good customer service. So we went to other ice cream shop who obviously wanted the business more than you. I don't want to give you any star but I have to so i can leave...

Here for Chromefest, and saw all the gelato places. This one stood out and had good reviews. Had to try it, and I have to say its the best Gelato I have ever had. I tried the Watermelon, and was surprised to find it was made with REAL watermelon, unlike other places that use artificial flavourings. I loved it so much I had to come back and try the Salted Caramel, and it was not to disappoint. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend giving it a try. I was not a customer today , however i was at the Entrance. It had been a long day travelling and we stopped to let the kids cool off in the water. My son cut his foot and it was bleeding quite badly. I couldnt see a chemist so i went into ask the staff , when they told me it was right up the top of the hill i asked if they had a first aid kit. The young staff member rushed a first aid kit out and was so kind and helpful. Thankyou, I wish i got her name but she knows...
