Listen, I really wanted to give this place a 4 star ratings, or something that would indicate that I have had an exceptional experience during my time at “Pump” as it was recommended to me by a friend, but I can’t. The time in which I was required to wait for my food felt was quite extensive. You could come here and order being completely full and I promise you by the time that your food comes you will be hungry. The chicken schnitzel on my sandwich didn’t fill it all the way out so when I had finished a good 75% of a half of the sandwich I was left with just lettuce and bread. Now i’m not saying it was bad, what I did eat tasted quite good, however my tastebuds did pick up on quite a few burnt pieces of chicken and somehow there was a couple small pieces of tomato. The chips could have been a little more consistent in their crispness but after a bit of bbq sauce from behind the counter they were quite adequate. The dessert options were good and the brownie that I ordered was pretty good however I did say no cream and it came with cream but that’s not a big deal. The service was quite wholesome and I noticed a lovely community that had clearly been built over time....

I have been having breakfast here nearly every weekday for the past 3 years. In the past 6 months the quality quantity and portion size of the food is drastically different each day. Today while sitting at the long table I had to listen to a staff member in full voice carrying on about person issues. To make things worse the Manager was involved in the conversation and was not professional enough to sensor the employees comments. When I interrupted there was still no intervention. Most of the staff are great. There are some young staff members who appear to be more interested in socialising and gossip. Please get back to the way it was or I will be looking for an alternative breakfast venue and certainly won't be recommending Pump in the future. Very disappointed long term...

Amazing location. Hits the spot every time. I have been coming here nearly weekly for about a year. The food is always tasty and well priced.

You will have to wait a little bit to be served when they are busy. So if you are the type of person who expects the staff to drop everything and race to the register, that won't happen. Be patient, they are professional and friendly and always have service with a smile.

The cabinet always has a good selection of tasty smaller meals. The milkshakes are always very good. And if you are lucky you might see some coffee beans being freshly prepared in store!

The back carpark is a nightmare. And I have seen a few small accidents (people reversing into other cars) so I recommend the parking at the front or...
