Awesome Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Victoria

Absolute rude and disgusting service!!! My children are on respite in lakes with 2 support workers whom went in 8/10/2024 and ordered food and they made a horrible rude comments in front of my kids towards the support workers ( one of my children has an eating disorder) saying why u ordering so much food…you shouldn’t be eating this much!!!! ( commenting on size) and being really rude and in front of my kids also in front of a full shop! I am disgusted this happened! Don’t judge anyone by their size, what they order… you EVEN ASKED if they r eating it all last night!!! How DARE YOU!!! You are absolutely discussing! Keep your mouth shut! Don’t be so judgemental. Think before you speak! You don’t know people’s circumstances.. just so you know that tall skinny kid eats an epic amount of food and believe it or not he ordered 2 souvlaki and a fish 2 dimmies and fish!!!! Terrible fish & chips- The chips was oily Fish was bitter after taste. Chicken Souvlaki was made of coles wrap 1 inch of chicken, & lettuce, carrot & mayo . The whole Souvlaki was folded into a flat wrap. Costed $13.50 & when questioned they acted they didn’t understand . Very dissatisfied & disappointed on Christmas Eve. As the owner has replied & not allowed a reply back . I’m adding this note - Very much your shop . Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of the Souvlaki & ur shop . Ordered a family pack. The serving sizes are dismal. I have 4 kids 6 to 14 years old. We have been to many many family friendly places and this place is NOT one of them. We are from Sydney and have had excellent meals till now. This is the only blemish. I am writing this as I’m sitting inside sodafish having dinner. Value for money…. ZERO They don’t even give you sauces as part of this family pack. Tiny fish fillets. Medium serving of chips. Dim sums were ok. Food tasted ok… but what wouldn’t on a road trip of a lifetime in a place like lakes entrance?
