KFC Lakes Entrance — Restaurant in Victoria

I waited several minutes to be served whilst there were 2 staff failing to even acknowledge I was even at the front counter yet they were at the front of the counter area as you can clearly see by the photo attached As a vision impaired disability recipient just going out at night is very challenging for me and I would have expected some level of service and my treatment was discriminatory as they have a policy to prioritise internet orders over walk in traffic as 2 staff members spent minutes staring at their internal screens with their backs to customers whilst ignoring a line of customers waiting to be served who were after me at the front counter As a result when I finally was served by none of the counter staff but a third person from the food preparation team I expressed my disappointment and I asked to speak to the manager When she appeared minutes later I still didn’t receive an apology or not even we are sorry just excuses about priority online orders and that a staff member was on a break during what I would describe as their peak period as the reason for the appalling lack of service

No adequate policies or procedures...

Our 1st time in 5 yrs to KFC. Needed a quick feed. Big mistake. Customer care factor at KFC was low. Service, low. We ordered with almost no other customers in the shop. 2 x twisters andx1 chips. Young Indian girl placed 1 x twister and chips in a bag, waiting for 2nd twister. She filled 3 later orders while still waiting for our 2nd twister. In the mean time our partially packed order went cold. When noticing the 2nd twister finally arrived I had to chase her up to over a further few minutes. Of course 1 twister and chips were cold . I told that the food already packed would now be cold and just got a blank look. The twisters were 70 % coleslaw with minimum chicken. We should have taken the time to go back to the Central Hotel where the food and service...

Will not be going back that's for sure ! This is because I asked for no small pieces of chicken in my variety feast . The way I see it a single piece cost about 3$ so no I'm not paying for that .10 min later I get my food . I go to the car have a look and sure enough there is an ant size piece of chicken . I pull the middle paper out and all the soggy chicken falls apart. I pick up the small piece wrap it in the paper and take it back in. I finally get served he takes the paper goes over opens it takes the piece out and puts it back on the rack then puts one back in the paper for me ! WHAT ! The other guy serving was right there watching him ! I had to pick up the piece to put it in the paper ! I'm no expert but I don't think you can do it That's not food...
