Ordered 2 kababs and the chips with meat and sauce, picked up from the shop Drove back to where we were staying. we noticed that they had forgotten the large chips, instead gave ussmall pack of meat and sauce. By this stage the kids were starving so I called the shop just to let them know the mixup. The person on the phone said have you eaten any of it which I replied no we haven’t but we had to check to see that the chips underneath. The person on the phone apologised and said that they would personally drive the correct order out of chips and I supplied my mobile number to them. 40 minutes had passed so I called the shop again the person on the phone now a gentleman had said to me oh I’m so sorry we recorded the number wrong the delivery guy has been there and he’s coming back to the shop I’ll get him to turn around and come back can you wait out the front of where you’re staying. The online ordering experience was smooth, as I've come to expect from Menulog.
The order was confirmed via SMS about one minute after I placed the order, with a suggested delivery time.
The order arrived in 20 minutes, pretty much when the SMS confirmation said it would.
The delivery driver was polite and efficient.
The drink I ordered was nice and cool, but the food was just warm. I would have liked it hot, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. It also turned out to be very good value for money.
