Went in here to get morning tea with a work colleague. Where do I start? The tall dark hair woman who served me was so rude and abrupt when I asked if she could please warm up the muffin I ordered. Her response was not to ‘because they are already soft’ (not why I was asking!) My colleague then spoke to her explaining that I simply wanted it warm and we were not sure why she wouldn’t. We asked ‘aren’t the customers usually right? ‘ No she said. We communicated that we wouldn’t be coming back here again as her response was really rude. ‘I don’t care, don’t come back.’ Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! *The owners response wants to name and shame a person by using their name. Ducked in for a late breakfast and for my absolute love of Campos coffee ❤️❤️ Greeted as soon as I walked in by friendly and attentive staff, music playing, really chill vibe 🤗 Ordered a lactose-free Campos latte brewed beautifully and the Toasted Chicken BLAT, delicious bread, great crunch, generous amounts of chicken, avocado was ripe and smooth 🥑 For me it just needed some more seasoning to balance it out 😋😋 Even though it was consistently busy the customer service was super quick!! 👍👍 Take away I chose the raspberry Donut and Blueberry Tart.....the tart was a tasty little morsel, can't wait to visit...

Possibly the best coffee in Geelong. Silky, smooth, rich... Neck of the Woods is certainly a place you must try. Staff are well informed, communicate well and work well as a team, offering their customers the best experience. The venue offers a tasteful blend of interior minimalism, without sacrificing warmth and comfort. A lovely outdoor area and open-windowed seats makes this a perfect place for a coffee on those classic Geelong...
