I recently had the pleasure of dining at the delightful Mediterranean restaurant : Nectar, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a truly memorable meal.

The menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering a delightful array of traditional Mediterranean dishes with a creative twist. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The combination of fresh ingredients, expert seasoning, and skilled preparation truly showcased the chef's talent and passion for Mediterranean cuisine. Not only was the food simply delicious, but the service at was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine enthusiasm and dedication to providing top-notch service truly elevated our visit. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Nectar highly enough. Wow! Let me tell you this is the best fine dining restaurant in Geelong. Plus, this fine dining actually has a great portion size for the price (other nearby fine dinings I find do not!) everything on the menu was something unique that you wouldn’t cook yourself and had your mouth watering literally ( My favorite was the Crab Lasagna and it was one of kind) We never order dessert and we ordered it here and let me tell you 100% worth it even though we were already so full! My partner is a Gordon Ramsey fanatic so I had to find somewhere he’d like and luckily he scored it 10/10. Thank you Chef Mandy and Pip for your service plus the other staff whose names I didn’t get! We loved everything about the food, energy, and service! It was delicious and we will be back.

From the moment my wife and I stepped in to this hidden gem we never looked back. The staff were friendly and fun without being annoying. They knew that menu like they created it themselves. I felt at home. The atmosphere was amazing. The food that came out was world class especially the sumptuous, juicy steak. By the beard of Odin it was superb. And dip my face onto honey and call me Janet the deserts were next level. That Scandinavian apple cake reminded me of the time I was sledding through the frozen wastelands of Norway and I came across an elderly local lady who made a small apple cake over an open fire then handed me and my huskies the cake.

All I can say is Nectar is the place to go. If you want, amazing food. Wonderful atmosphere and knowledgeable fun staff. Do or do not....
