Worst food experience ever!

It was a sad rainy day and I booked meals from this restaurant for dinner, with the hope that the food can lighten up my mood. Unfortunately, the food even made me sadder than the rain.

The honey chicken and sweet & sour pork were so sweet that I felt exhausted after eating. You may say that it's because of the honey, right, I knew that it should be sweet but didn't expect it to be THAT sweet. Absolutely not good for health!

The dumpling and yakitori were not different (if not say, worse) from what I bought at Coles. Why do I need to waste my money for things that are already in my freezer?

Maybe the only good thing was the free prawn crackers, but it couldn't compensate for the bad experience overall.

Last but not least, I booked two Inari but only received one. I called the restaurant, and they told me that they would give me another one in THE NEXT ORDER. Thank you for the offer, but this is absolutely my last experience at...

Ruined Mother's Day. We ordered at 5:40pm to be told it would be 7:10pm delivery using Menulog. Called the store at 7:20pm to follow up as it wasn't delivered yet. Was told the driver hadn't come back so couldn't give the order, then was told it was cooking now, then was told it was about to be cooked, and would be another 25 minutes. I thought they'd be busy for Mother's Day and I would cut them some slack, but when you lie to your customers about why the order isn't on it's way, then you lose all credibility with us and we won't order from here again. Absolutely shocking. Arrived about 8.45 one night to get takeaway. Ordered fried pork with sweet and sour sauce and fried noodles chicken. The chicken was gluey and held together with a viscous slop. The fried noodles were in a separate container, fried on top and gluey underneath. The fried pork was just a container of bits of fried pork with about 5 bits of pineapple waiting for the sweet and sour sauce (separate container). No veggies - nothing like it looked in the photo.
