Boss Burger Co. Geelong West — Restaurant in Victoria

Used to be a good place to eat. Last two orders I placed were both cold, I received the wrong burger on the first order and on the second order no burger at all. Ordered Boss Fries as well and received plain fries. Waste of money and time. Don't even bother trying their delivery, I am yet to receive hot food and I never get my order within an hour and I'm inside 6km of the restaurant. And if you use Deliveroo, prepare to wait up to 2 hours for the opportunity to even order your food and for it to be both incorrect and stone cold when it arrives another hour later. Really wish this place was as good as it used to be, no idea what happened but the last 2 to 3 months of service from the Geelong store has been awful. Ballarat store is still good. Neither store ever remembers to put chives on the Boss Fries but that's barely an issue. Please use a different delivery provider in Geelong, Deliveroo is absolutely awful. I understand Covid makes things difficult and I'm sure the owners are having a very tough time. Been this place today from south Melbourne,overall it was really good experience.

We ordered fries, onion rings, Sonny Red + extra patty and The Hen-ry burgers.

Burgers were really good I loved the flame taste/flavour but fries and onion rings were little warm, wasn’t hot at all.

The temperature patties were so hot but the sides were little warm and but soggy. The place wasn’t that busy in the afternoon and I understand they don’t want waste their food but as being customer I pay for those so I expect sides that is cooked and served at least within 2-3min.

However price is little cheaper than most of other burger places.

Sadly I have to give them 3 stars for them being dishonest and not being professional.

Ps; I don’t complaint about my food to get a refund or replacement in the shop, I rather give them a review...

AMAZING BURGERS! Being from out of state we didn’t know where to go for the best burgers, so how lucky were we when we stumbled upon Boss Burgers in Geelong! Friendly staff, clean premises (& toilets), funky decorations, great atmosphere. Fabulous menu including some awesome hotdog choices for the unconverted. The burgers were very tasty, which just the right about of sauces. Not too much, otherwise it falls out everywhere! Loaded fries were amazing and the aoilis were also well worth the extra purchase for the added standard fries we also bought.
