Ziggy's Cafe — Restaurant in Victoria

Been Coeliac this place had been recommended, so we thought we would give it a try, well first an last time stepping back into that place.

When placing my order of egg benedict with ham, I advised the female staff member who served us, that I will go the Gluten free option as been Coeliac, our order came out, I enjoyed my meal, I ask the lady at the counter where they get their muffins from, so she ask the chef and he advise from an wholesaler, I ask him the Gluten Free ones, he said what Gluten Free ones he hasn't done any meals for Gluten free, I said yes you have mind on table 9 he then check the docket then ask the female who took my order an she said no, he left and the lady at the till said sorry, so I know what my day going consists off and probably tomorrow as well. Saying sorry doesn't cut it, especially when you inform the people you give your orders too & when you have a medical diagnosis disease.

Seriously not happy all I can say is if you need to go to this place be externally careful because I don't want you to end up like I have, because of someone else...

Hubby and I tried a few cafes in the area and this one was by far the best! A small family owned business, they were very busy on a Tuesday morning pumping out coffees and amazing breakfast dishes. We shared an eggs Benny with ham which was served on two plates, half each so we didn’t have to bumble about dividing it up ourselves … perfect service. The raisin toast was also thick and came with butter on the side so we could put on as much or as little as we wanted. Best of all were our lattes, the first place with strong, mellow, hot (but not too hot) coffee. Just wish we had gone here on...

Spent two days one night at Cappadocia. For us we did not plan for fine dining or particular gourmet adventure given that it is not a big city. To our surprise, Ziggy's was fantastic - great view one the top floor amid sun set in particular, friendly services with cheerful smiles and of course, delicious dishes! Even though I do not eat lamb and my friend highly praised lamb liver saying it is very tender, there are many other dishes which I enjoyed - from even the olive oil dip for breads, to my favorite dish of Garlic Chicken on Skewer.
