This fish n chip shop is amazing! Attended on Friday (3rd Jan). Ordered chicken souvlaki, fish souvlaki, special fried rice, medium chips, dim sims and potato cakes. I had the chicken souvlaki but the whole family agreed it’s the best we’ve had in as long as we can remember. Absolutely delicious. We were visiting (from melb) It wasn’t overloaded with onion like our local place. The bread was great quality as was the meat, nice thin slices, plentiful and cooked to perfection! Had a family pack fish and chip here. Food serving was massive for the price. Chips were crispy, not oily and seasoned well. The batter for the flake and chip was light and airy. Dimsims seemed like it was steamed and then fried. Not too sure. Looked a bit too white looking for me lol. Service was great. We ate there but she offered us a bag, cutlery and even paper cups. It's not very extraordinary food but it was done good enough. No real complaints. This is my 2nd time here. First time I had the chinese food (sweet and sour/fried rice etc). Don’t be fooled by the unassuming appearance of the location. Came in with no expectations and happened to stumble upon the place. We came during a quiet time so everything was cooked fresh.
