Complaint
We had such a disappointing experience last night. We came for a table at 7pm, and the place was booked out. It was not a problem, we would come a bit later, the lady serving us agreed and took our name. So we came back at 8pm, and there were now free tables. As soon as we walked in the door, the lady at the front said we are only doing takeaway. Whilst food was still being ordered and served from the diners, we were only offered a takeaway, which seems a bit odd given it was an hour before closing. We stood at the front and waited for our takeaway, while other people sitting down were being served. We ordered a vegetable pad Thai, and a seafood Tom Yum soup. Once we got our food, we decided we would sit at the outdoor table that was out of their way. The pad Thai was delicious. The Tom Yum soup was far too hot, and that’s coming from someone who loves spice. Unfortunately there was very little seafood, and a lot of inedible bits in the tom yum soup, including an enormous amount of sliced fibrous ginger. I couldn’t finish the soup, I hardly made a dent in it. As a Busselton local, it’s such a shame to think that the holiday makers wouldn’t be able to dine in, even though the hours are posted on the internet and in person. Read moreLet's just clarify one thing,this review is based on bad taste left in the mount with our customer experience with their staff. We book a table for 6 in this place and they delivered only 3 dishes and the entrees,after waiting for more than 30 minutes for the rest of the dishes we asked where is rest of the food,lady came and brought only 2 dishes and started arguing with us that she delivered last dish,to be honest because her English was so bad she was actually yelling at us and tried to make us pay for one extra dish,we felf so embarrassed in front of all other people at the restaurant as we were looking like some low life people. Finally,after all arguing they charged us one extra meal,we were 6 people but unfortunately paid for 7 dishes,they brought the last dish,unfortunately after all arguing we didn't feel eating at all. Thai Lemongrass,keep in mind Customer is always right,yeah,whatsoever,and if you don't have any decent people who can manage and serve your customers please don't embarrass yourself with someone who argues with customers as you will be losing customers. Came down with the family to have a good dinner, but ended up waiting more than half an hour for 3 dishes. the lady comes up asking if we want take away boxes, we say no were still waiting on our food. she comes back with 2 of the dishes and then says that she brought out the fish dish before and that we finished and she took the plate back…. my fish never got brought out to the table and it was frustrating when the lady is arguing and yelling saying that she already brought it out. We even showed her the receipt and she kept on saying that she gave it to us. at this point my appetite was gone. after a bit more arguing she later gave us the fish. no one wanted to eat anymore so we got up and left, only just to pay for another dish that we never ordered/recieved….very disappointed with the customer service and how we were treated.
