Friendly service, girls work fast and make tidy subs. Stores ingredients are always fresh. Only down side I can think is that the tables and benches are always a little sticky..

This place is pretty poor. Have messed up my orders on several occasions. Who doesn't put Teriyaki in a Teriyaki foot long... Useless!

I attended this store at approximately 2.20pm today (11.4.23) and have never in my 20+ years of dining at Subway experienced such terrible customer service and bad management. I was served by a teenage boy and we were ordering a quesedilla and 2 footlongs. The young boy had no idea how to make the quesedilla so asked his co-worker (teenage girl) she also had no idea so he went an asked his manager. The manager did not appear, just yelled out what goes on the quesedilla in a rushed fashion. I ended up explaining to the boy how to make it and cook it. I was also only given a quarter of a tortilla ($5 - rip off). The young girl made my daughters sub and the young boy started making mine. I always have my sub lightly toasted (half the usual time) which at every subway is not an unusual ask and they heat up the meats before toasting. I had to explain to the boy how to do this, assemble and how long to toast for. When it came to being charged (2 meals and quesedilla) the first total was $59. I queried it. The young boy tried again and the total rose to $65. Then another girl (staff member) tried again and it became $69!!. I said there is no way it should cost that much. The manager (Aiden I believe) then came out and told me off for having PUMP bottles of water instead of 600ml ones for the meals. He was rude and abrupt and has absolutely no customer service skills. The post mix machine was broken and the young staff had told my daughter that PUMP water was the equivalent to the post mix size. I can only deduce we were being charged meals and THEN the water on top. My meal was also charged twice. After changing the water over the total was just under $50. I could feed a family of 6 for this much and was very confused at the price and will never attend the store again and will let other know how rude the manager is. These poor kids are being let down by a terrible manager not training them properly and having less customer service skills than the kids. The food was cold, cookies were barely cooked. The worst experience we've ever had at a subway restaurant and a complete...

Subway Busselton - Epic Fail! This Subway experience was, like, the opposite of epic!

First, the dude behind the counter totally blocked out my ordering skills. I mean, have you seen that "blocking out the haters" meme? This guy was channeling it HARD. He wouldn't listen to a WORD I said about what I wanted on my sub.

Then, to make matters worse, he totally forgot to cut my FOOT LONG sub in HALF!

And the avocado? Disaster! ‍He puts it on LAST, like, right before he hands it to me. Of course, it explodes everywhere - all over the bread, And his dumb safety glasses! those things were, like, the most RIDICULOUS things I've ever seen. Safety glasses with SUBWAY written on them? Seriously, dude? How can you take yourself seriously, let alone make a decent sub, wearing those things?

This Subway is in my humble opinion the worst I've ever been to. Avoid it at all costs unless you want a sub made by a hater in safety goggles who doesn't know the first thing about avocados or proper sub etiquette. ‍#SubFail...

Tried to book a platter online with the subway app and it kept bumping me so I contacted the store directly. The girl on the end of the phone said NO we need 24hrs notice. I then went online and booked 4 footlongs and 6 cookies and thought I'd cut them myself for a platter. The order worked. Couldn't understand why there's a difference but oh well... Ok. Got to the shop within the hour and collected my order. Got home to find all 4 subs had an astronomical amount of chilli and jalapenos In them. My three yr old niece burnt her little mouth. I called store and tried to explain. Was told to look at my receipt as I had ordered that. I looked and I most definitely did not. I had one footlong replaced. The six cookies were wrong and had nuts and not rainbow. Overall the service was poor, I didn't get what I paid for and my niece is never gonna eat subs again. I should get a refund for all of it. Would appreciate a call back. Name Rebecca at 8am...
