This is the worst KFC I've ever been to, tried to order online in the car park at 8pm but online ordering was turned off, I went through drive-thru and sat at the speaker box for a few minutes, no hello I'll be with you in a minute or anything so I said hello and was told they will be with me shortly, no customers at all and told to wait, car behind me reversed out and left, I finally got to order and went to window where this young girl told me there's no wicked wings, I asked if they had run out or need cooking and she told me the kitchen is closed, I said the kitchen is closed at 8pm same as online ordering is turned off at 8pm, they had really nothing to sell except bad attitudes and a lack of a work ethic. If the owner is telling them to close the kitchen and online ordering at 8pm then they should not own a franchise, my wife was a restaurant manager and you have everything you have available untill you close at 10pm then you close and clean, you loose so much money it's crazy. I told the young girl I was going to put in a complaint and she yelled at me sarcastically "Make a complaint I don't care" . That girl should not work in customer service untill she gets a new attitude. If I was the owner of KFC and done a secret shopper at this store, all staff would be fired and franchise owner would be banned from KFC, if not a franchise then all new staff including management would be replaced as it's giving my business a bad reputation. I will never return to this store. They need to change there closing time to 8pm not 10pm as not much available after 8pm except for bad attitudes and the worst customer service I've ever...
Read moreAbsolutely shocking.... we arrived at about 8pm Wednesday 15th. The stores lights were off to make it seem as if they were closed, We were told there wasn't enough chicken for a family meal, we thought ok that's understandable seeing as it's a smallish town so maybe they don't cook as much through the day. The lady taking our order was extremely rude the whole time, we then chose to get 2 x zinger boxes, which she then said we don't have hot wings what did you want us to swap them with, we chose the popcorn chicken. We pulled up to the window and all the staff were on their phones or messing around, extremely unprofessional, we paid and eventually got our food. We got back to our hotel and realised that we got charged extra for the popcorn chicken.... we shouldn't have seeing as KFC didn't have enough chicken and we had to swap. The food was cold and discusting, no sauce in the burgers etc and in the bag it's like one of the staff members decided to give us all the napkins and wipes they had in the store...? Absolutely will not be returning. I hope the manager has a good chat to these girls so they learn how to actually serve customers and treat their workplace...

I have given this place plenty of chances, this would be at least the 4th time I have eaten food from this store and not a single time have I enjoyed my meal or my experience.
I don’t eat a lot of fast foods and KFC is something I treat myself to on the odd occasion, after a long drive from Perth I look forward to not having to cook my own food and indulge in some greasy chicken. Fortunately this experience was mildly better than my last, unfortunately the food was just as horrible as it always was.
I’m in Margaret river now and after speaking to several of the locals here I’ve learned that Busselton KFC is notoriously bad for supplying barely eatable food.
At least this time my experience was a lot better, despite the fact I was asked to wait in the waiting bay (took just shy of 10 minutes) with no other cars behind me in the drive through. (Cheating the “speed of service” system) Last time I was heckled by staff for my grumpy attitude after they forgot food items not once, but twice, forcing me to U-turn on two seperate occasions for the same order.
I recommend you avoid this outlet and find your KFC...
