Zambrero Busselton — Restaurant in Western Australia

Terrible experience this evening here. We ordered by ZAM for pickup. Upon arrival waited 35 minutes for our order with a three year old. Ice creams were not in stock and were NOT refunded! Manager was terribly rude and refused to help or speak nicely to my partner when he asked about the order.

Took the food home and it was missing parts of the kids meal. The tacos we ordered were missing the add ons and 2 of them were not what we ordered at all.

I would appreciate it if someone would contact me about a refund for the missing items in our order as it totals to almost 50% of the order we paid for.

Generous meat to rice ratio, but despite paying $2 for guacamole, there was at most one teaspoon in the very middle, and the tomato salsa was not to be seen until the very end, also a very small amount. So 90% of the burrito was rice and meat. I took photos to show...

The "toasted" burrito was not toasted at all but instead was soggy and soft.

The other burrito we ordered with bbq sauce but could not taste it at all.

I have had Zambrero interstate and this was very below that standard unfortunately. I hope they can improve soon.

I have ordered large bowl because I’m hungry, when I see the staff make, only 2 small scoops of rice. Obviously can’t fill a man. So 1 bowl with 1/3 rice , rest of space just veggies and empty.

The food tastes is ordinary, nothing special. The service attitude is good. Always with smile. Hope you guys can keep.

Restaurant is nice and clean. Car Park is just awful. Very unfriendly to big car. Only 5 cars can fit in. The price I think is fine, but compared with mr. kebab in town. Same price in mr. kebab can get bigger serve.
