Fugu 8 has recently a new owner and changed its name to Mama 10. I'm SO HAPPY that all of Fugu 8’s most popular dishes are still on the menu.
The food at Mama 10 is simple yet really delicious. Fresh and pure ingredients, and the sauces are the stars of every dish at Mama 10.
We ordered: ENTREE Green mango salad - Mama 10’s signature dish! The fresh sweet sour lime 🍋🟩 dressing sauce and fresh herbs OMG 😋 Grilled pork lemongrass sausage noodle salad - Another Mama 10’s signature dish! The spring rolls are home made using family multigenerational cooking recipe. Just could not be better than these!!! MAIN Mama 10 Caramelised Pork - 10/10 Tender Beef Rendang Curry - one of Fugu 8‘s best selling dishes which is still on the menu. Char Kway Teow - Must-try dish at Mama 10!!! Even tastes better than Fugu 8‘s! DESSERT Mama 10 Coconut 🥥 Jelly (which is home made from fresh coconut water + coconut cream) - SO REFRESHING and authentic, just like in Vietnam!
Mama 10 was full house when we were there. It was totally worth the wait!
