Having come from Europe to enjoy a minication in WA enroute back to VIC, it was only fitting that my last meal was a Euro-inspired Summer street food feast in the City of Sunlight and Good Times!
Giving the Royal treatment, Saturday nights here in Subi is definitely the place to be.
Parking can be rough and lines get long so go early to avoid any stress and get the best of the daylight hours. Missed out on some things purely refusing to wait an hour in line but what I did try was nothing short of amazing - with so much variety and choice, everything is honestly a must try!
Georges Kebabs served the best authentic Greek Lamb Souvlaki with the chip to lamb ratio on point. And the humble souls at the Uyghur Food Truck are a must visit for fresh, vibrant and flavoursome dishes.
