On Saturday 12/03/22, my Aunty and mum went to get a drink there as I recommend the place as it was quite alright. They came there I believe 10 minutes before it shut for a chai latte. While waiting, there were workers outside but they completely ignored them! The male worker didn’t even acknowledge or said hi to them. My mum and Aunty still waited for 10 minutes to then get informed rudely by a female worker ‘we are shut now!’. Yes I understand the cleaning up and going home from work, but why wasn’t this said when they were waiting? Why have them wait 10 minutes then rudely speak to them? I like their sorbet ice-cream but only strawberry/raspberry (not mango or lime). Probably nothing wrong with mango or lime, just not my preference. Since I drive 20 minutes to get there, I would like to phone and check in advance if the flavour I like is available. The staff routinely does not pick up the phone.
