Claremont Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Western Australia

Absolutely rubbish delivery service! A few weeks ago we ordered delivery and were quoted 30 minutes. Finally arrived at about 50 minutes after ordering. But tonight took the cake. Ordered at 615. Quoted 50 minutes for delivery. At 723 (thats almost 20 minutes AFTER the quoted delivery time) we received a text message saying one of our items was sold out and they would send something else. 10 minutes later and food still hadn't arrived. I rang them and was told it was 10 minutes away. We live less than 10 minutes from them. No compensation offered or responsibility taken. Not even much of an apology. Tonight we had Garlic Beef, Special Fried Rice, Spring Rolls and Curry Puffs. The Curry Puffs were delicious. Everything else was okay - not bad, not good. Based on our last two experiences, I would not recommend...

Ms.Linda Wong our delivery driver was very professional in her appearance and performance. She should be given a promotion and a raise. Our food was delivered hot and and delicious.The young lady that took our order took it correctly and delivered the same way. Highly recommend this place based on food and staff we have dealt with. Ms. Wong is a excellent representative of your business and a human being. She expressed a sincere interest and concern for my wife,and what we are going through at this time. Came to this restaurant because I couldn't find a decent Chinese restaurant around claremont quarter shopping centre! Finally found a nice one. Ordered Chicken fried rice and it came out clean, simple yet delicious. Chicken strips cut nicely and rice tastes fresh. Then ordered Fried chilli chicken wings and they were superb. What a nice little humble restaurant, service was friendly and fast, food cooked as soon as ordered. I might come back for some more chinese food...
